Editing a Database

Once a database is populated it can then be used to store and find information, but it needs to be kept up to date.​

Common tasks that are done with databases are to add, edit, and delete records.

• To add information and records to a database click in the next available record and add in the information.​
• To edit records that are already in the database click in the field of the record you want to change and update the information.​
• To delete records from the database click on the record that you want to remove, right click and select Delete Record.
